- will help you find a mortgage loan officer who will pre-qualify you for the price range of properties which you will be viewing;
- will preview properties before showing them to you to make certain that they meet your specifications;
- will research the properties that interest you to identify any possible problems so that you can make an informed decision prior to making an offer to purchase a property;
- will advise you on how best to structure your offer to purchase the selected property;
- will present the offer to the seller's agent and seller on your behalf;
- will negotiate on your behalf to obtain the selected property, always doing what's in your best interest;
- will recommend and assist you in securing financing for the property which you purchase; and
- will provide a list of qualified vendors, e.g., movers, attorneys, carpenters, as needed.
