As a relocating buyer, here's how I will help you:
  1. Treat you with respect. I will treat you and your family in the way in which I would want to be treated.
  2. Personal experience. First hand, personal experience with the relocation process, having successfully moved my own family, from state-to-state, five times;
  3. Expertise in all areas of buyer representation (I'm an Accredited Buyer Representation, i.e., I have earned the ABR® designation).
  4. Pre-move assistance. Pre-move consultation (to let you know what to expect);
  5. Relocation information. Relocation package with all kinds of helpful information; Hotel/motel reservations (with all of the amenities); Bloomington-Normal area orientation including school information (which as a former teacher, is particularly important to me);
  6. Finding the right home. Presentation and showing of all properties that meet your family's needs;
  7. Financing assistance. Connecting you with top mortgage professionals;
  8. Negotiating for you. Writing and negotiating your purchase agreement;
  9. Information on home specialists. Recommending specialists for house inspections and testing;
  10. Available to communicate with you. Toll-free phone and e-mail communications;
  11. Photographs for you. Photos of your new home (including on my web site <http:www.ginnisellshomes.com> so you can show your friends and family;
  12. Help you after the move. I'll continue to provide you with the information you need after your move.
